Silvia Roldán Fernández, assumes the position of General Manager of the Madrid office and Executive VP, in line with the group’s international growth and consolidation strategy.
Madrid, March 2025 – RDT, a leading global engineering and technology solutions company, announces the appointment of Silvia Roldán Fernández as General Manager of the Madrid office and Executive VP. This appointment responds to the company’s strategic objective of strengthening its market presence and continuing its global expansion.
Silvia has extensive experience in the transport and mobility sector, having held senior positions as CEO of Metro de Madrid and Managing Director of the Madrid Regional Transport Consortium. Her experience in infrastructure management and sustainable mobility is a great added value for RDT.
In her new role, Silvia will lead the development and growth strategy of the Madrid office, which currently has 477 employees and a turnover of 26 million euros. Her mission will be to drive innovation, strengthen RDT’s presence in new markets and accompany the group’s international expansion.
