RDT, a leading international corporation in advanced engineering, has established a strategic alliance with BERGÉ, one of the largest logistics operators in Spain, to implement the best industrial maintenance practices in the assets of the ports where BERGÉ operates.
With vast experience in logistics chain management and value-added supply chain services, BERGÉ has a significant presence in various sectors such as automotive, heavy machinery, project cargo and foreign trade. This collaboration with RDT represents a key step in strengthening one of the most critical areas of logistics: industrial maintenance.
RDT will contribute its expertise in industrial asset maintenance to ensure that processes are performed with the highest standards of quality and safety. Both companies will work together to upgrade existing crane systems and receive new acquisitions, applying advanced industrial maintenance methods. The collaboration seeks not only to maintain but also to raise the standards of efficiency and performance in port operations, benefiting clients and the industry in general. The project aims to implement in the ports, in the medium term, the best maintenance and digitalisation practices already applied in sectors such as the automotive and aeronautical industries.
