RDT announces the acquisition of Auditene, a Portuguese company based in Matosinhos specialising in engineering and technical consultancy. This operation, formalised at the beginning of 2025, strengthens RDT’s presence in the Iberian Peninsula and expands its capacity to offer comprehensive engineering solutions.

 

 

Founded in 1989, Auditene has an outstanding international track record, having developed projects and collaborations in countries such as Angola, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Colombia, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Holland, Honduras, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Mozambique, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, the United States and the United Kingdom. In addition, it has maintained a solid activity in the Portuguese-speaking African Countries (PALOP), highlighting its presence in Angola, Cape Verde and Mozambique, which reinforces its capacity to operate globally.

The addition of the Auditene team will maximise synergies and continue to drive RDT’s growth at a European and international level. This acquisition strengthens RDT’s presence in strategic sectors such as energy, industrial and pharmaceutical, adding new capabilities that will allow RDT to offer clients even more advanced and impactful solutions.

RDT currently employs more than 1,800 people in its main markets: Spain, France, United Kingdom, Denmark, Portugal, Morocco and Mexico. The company, founded in 2006, has reached a turnover of 120 million euros by the end of the 2024 financial year and maintains an average annual growth rate of 18%.
