RDT will participate in the international benchmark event on data centre infrastructure, DCD>Connect | Madrid 2025, which will take place on 20 and 21 May 2025 at the Eurostars Madrid Tower.
In this edition, RDT’s Computational Simulation Centre of Excellence team will be present at the event. Through our advanced simulation platform, we help optimise energy efficiency and improve the design of cooling systems in critical infrastructures, which is key to the sustainability and performance of data centres.
Our computational simulation team, who will attend vistors at stand 36, has a long track record in computational fluid dynamics to simulate and analyse thermo-fluid dynamic systems in various applications and infrastructures. This technique allows us to know in advance the behaviour of a system, anticipate possible problems and improve the design from the earliest stages.
Today, data centres play a central role in the global digital transformation, being a critical element for the growth of many economic and industrial sectors. With the exponential growth of data, the expansion of the cloud and the implementation of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things (IoT), data centres are essential to ensure the availability, security and efficient processing of huge volumes of information. Optimising these centres, both in terms of energy efficiency and operational reliability, has become a strategic priority for businesses that rely on digital infrastructure for their day-to-day operations.
Computational simulation has become a crucial tool for data centres, as it makes it possible to anticipate the thermal behaviour of facilities and assess the impact of different cooling solutions prior to their implementation. This not only optimises energy consumption and reduces operating costs, but also ensures a more reliable and efficient environment, minimising the risk of failure and maximising system availability.
DCD>Connect | Madrid 2025 will bring together more than 1,700 industry leaders, over 120 exhibitors and more than 150 international speakers. This event is the ideal place to learn about the latest innovations and strategies in the data centre industry. RDT will attend this event together with Cliatec, a leading company in technological solutions for the data centre industry, with whom we share the commitment to provide innovative and high-performance solutions.
